Pocketfolio provides algorithmic trading software ('bots'), trade signal publications and trading education focused on commodities, stocks and ETFs.

Pocketfolio is not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager or fiduciary. Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

All purchases are concluded through a direct enquiry with our desk. Displayed prices are indicative and subject to confirmation, availability and suitability assessment before onboarding.

Our services are intended for persons aged 18 or over. It is your responsibility to ensure that using our products and trading leveraged instruments is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may refuse service at our discretion.

Bot licences are personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, limited to the number of trading accounts specified in your plan. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile or reverse-engineer our software.

Signal content is provided for your personal use only and may not be republished, resold or redistributed in any form.

Any performance figures shown on this website are derived from backtested and forward-tested records on simulated accounts, are self-reported and unaudited, and are provided for illustration only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Live results will differ due to broker execution, spreads, slippage and market conditions.

Fees, billing cycles and any applicable refund terms are agreed in writing with the desk before onboarding. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, fees for delivered software licences, published signals and commenced education programmes are non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocketfolio Ltd shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, our software, signals or educational content.

You retain full responsibility for every trading decision made on your accounts, whether manual or automated.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Union of the Comoros. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Union of the Comoros.
